Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fiona Dates (the "Site"). By creating an account, submitting a listing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a business listing on Fiona Dates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each user may register only one account and maintain only one business listing.

2. Listing submissions

When you submit a business listing, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to represent the business being listed.
  • The information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading.
  • The listing does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
  • The business and its content comply with applicable laws in its operating jurisdiction.

All new listings and edits to existing listings are reviewed by our team before publication. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that violate these Terms or that we determine, in good faith, to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or harmful.

3. Featured listings and dofollow links

Fiona Dates offers optional paid upgrades, including featured listing placements and dofollow website links, at prices set and displayed in the relevant purchase flow. Payments are processed through PayPal. Featured placements and dofollow status apply for the duration specified at purchase and do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise. Fees for these upgrades are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information
  • Submit listings for businesses you are not authorized to represent
  • Attempt to create multiple accounts to bypass the one-listing-per-user limit
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms

5. Third-party links and content

Listings may include links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of the linked business or its products and services.

6. Intellectual property

The Fiona Dates name, logo, and site design are the property of Fiona Dates and may not be used without permission. Content you submit (such as your listing description and images) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant Fiona Dates a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of operating the Site.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Fiona Dates is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date, and we do not endorse any business listed on the Site. Any decision to engage with a business found through Fiona Dates is made at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiona Dates and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including any transactions or interactions with businesses listed on the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
