Jazzercise is a franchise company that provides health services like HIIT cardio, Aerobic exercise, Dance Fitness, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and strength training. We admit our workouts got so popular in the '80s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It’s true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards—and the '80s—are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We’re still evolving and transforming people’s bodies and their lives.
