My journey started with a Ashtanga Yoga Shala Rishikesh and continues through 100 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, where I discovered the foundations of mindful living. Expanding my knowledge with 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh and 300 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh has strengthened both my practice and understanding of yoga. I enjoy refreshing experiences through 3 days yoga retreat in rishikesh, 5 days yoga retreat in rishikesh, 7 days yoga retreat in rishikesh, 10 days yoga retreat in rishikesh, and 14 days yoga retreat in Rishikesh, each offering a unique path to inner peace. My interest in holistic wellness also includes sound healing course rishikesh and ayurveda therapy course, helping me embrace natural healing methods. When I'm not on the mat, I enjoy Rafting In Rishikesh and continue learning through online yoga classes, always exploring the best online yoga classes to stay inspired, healthy, and connected with the global yoga community.
