If someone had told me years ago that one of my most-played browser games would be a giant arena full of colorful circles eating each other, I probably would have laughed.
Yet here I am, still occasionally opening agario and jumping into a match whenever I want something simple, competitive, and surprisingly exciting.
The funny thing is that agario shouldn't be as entertaining as it is. The controls are easy to learn, the objective is straightforward, and there isn't a long tutorial teaching you complicated mechanics.
But somehow, every match manages to create stories.
Some are victories.
Some are disasters.
Most are a combination of both.
