Advanced Senior Solutions, Inc. was established in 2000 by Lory Smeltzer, a Certified Aging Life Care Professional® Advanced Status. Lory has over 25 years experience in mental health case management and medical social services. She and her team are committed to providing the best practices in quality of care and positive outcomes for her clients.

Our team of Life Care Managers have numerous years of experience in case management, public health, social work, psychology and nursing. We use our knowledge and expertise to assess the individual’s needs and abilities and to navigate them through the complexities of the healthcare system and coordinating services designed specifically for older and disabled adults. Most importantly, we oversee the care services being delivered whether our client lives at home, in assisted living, nursing center or is in the hospital or rehab facility.
