Jane Hamilton Pilates is based in Edinburgh and offers professional Pilates Classes to help you find your balance. Online Pilates classes help you maintain a healthy back and strong and flexible muscles and joints. The 1-hour classes are taught in an attentive, supportive and encouraging way via Zoom by Jane Hamilton who is a fully qualified Pilates instructor. All the classes are small so that Jane can provide individual attention.
